Fingerprint Collection Kit Instructions

Using the ink pad provided please imprint your fingerprint into the two guides on the rear of this card. An example is shown to help illustrate this:

Once you have imprinted your fingerprints on the card and allowed a few minutes for the ink to dry, please place the card within the pre-paid return envelope and drop it off at your nearest postbox.
